Combat blends action and character building, with the ability to shift playstyle by changing equipment and allocating skill points to develop warrior, ranger, or mage approaches. The game also expands magic and crafting with improved systems, including forging and alchemy-like progression, plus the ability to combine learned spells using card modifiers.
