A set of 11 swimsuits, one for each party member, makes up item 1.

New recipes and items that may be utilized in synthesis and battle are included in items 3 and 4. A new region and specially designed World Quests are added with Item 5. To play this material, the game must have clean data.

More than 400 in-game BGM songs from previous Gust games, including those from Atelier Ryza 2, are added in Item 6. By choosing "BGM" from the journal on the desk in the atelier, the in-game BGM may be modified.

From the logbook on the desk in the atelier, costumes can be changed in the "Change Room." The character in question must be a member of your party.

Ryza, the heroine, is traveling when the Kark Islands, a series of islands, materialize close to her homeland. Ryza and her pals explore the isles since they believe this poses a threat to their home and find ruins with a massive gate. A weird voice tells Ryza to go to the Code of the Universe as she is getting close to the gate in her skull. What exactly is on the other side of the gate, and what does "Code of the Universe" mean? Ryza and her pals go on a fantastic journey that is centered around a Key and the origins of alchemy in the hopes of discovering a means to preserve their home.
