The Vanguard has been dispatched to Planet Valaka's deep-space mining colony, PE-59, to retake it after the Arachnids annihilated it. Your dependable Morita Assault Rifle, a building tool, and your fellow Vanguard Troopers will be your only means of survival as you explore Valaka's treacherous landscape.

To retake control of the map from the Bug threat, restore bases, establish refineries, and accomplish a number of additional side missions. A huge, intricate map with multiple unique zones and swarm-based warfare with hordes of enemy Bugs on screen gives off the impression of taking part in a titanic planetary conflict.

To help the rest of your team and fit your playstyle, pick from the Hunter, Operator, or Bastion classes. Keep in touch with your squad by using the simple "Ping" system to identify adversaries, landmarks, and other things. For each class, you'll acquire additional tools as you go, enabling you to get to the level of elite Deep Space Vanguard warfighter. As the game progresses, more personalization options will become available.

Missions with higher Bug threat levels will have larger, more dangerous foes, so you'll need to take cover if you want to survive. Alongside the neighborhood, Starship Troopers: Extermination is being developed. We hope to entice Troopers to join the Vanguard with a cheaper entry fee during Early Access launch. As we move the game from Early Access to a full launch, we are on the ground with our community and ready to listen.
